Creative stamping 29 - workshop variations

We had some nice variations of the card ideas I had given for this workshop so I thought I'd share a couple with you

Well done to Amanda, Hilary and Sandra!

Stampendous Ideas for all ages

For this workshop I looked at lots of different products we have from Stampendous.
There are the stamps and matching  dies - some of which I have shown before - dogs, rabbits and bird, to which I have added some of the new cute animals and the daisy mix which I showed with "A floral delight". Then there was the new popcessories die as well as the original pop up die - so I had to try various combinations with this, and then of course when we want nice backgrounds there are those which I have created using the creative palette and old paints ( you don't have to use old paints - but I promote it as a way of using up all of your old paints whatever type they are)

just realised I have done more cards since this picture was taken - must do a new one, but I'll leave this here ion case I forget!!

A Floral Delight

For this workshop I have a great choice.....
first of all there a choice of cards from the lea - bilities blossom  9 which I showed on 11th March posting, then there is a choice from the stampendous daisy mix ( some of these are also on the stampendous workshop also) - these are great because you can use them with the stencil provided with the stamps or with the matching dies Then finally I tried some cards with the Woodware stamps which we are going to use on the bags.
Hope you like them (I admit some are better than others but I like to give people a choice!)

CS30 DECORATIVE ROSES & metallic gilding polishes

I suddenly realised that I haven't been up to date with the workshops boards for those who like to preview what we are doing so I'll try and catch up over the next few days.
Over the last two weeks I have concentrated on the latest creative stamping magazine stamps - Decorative roses which I really love and using them with the new metallic gilding polishes from creative expressions although we are experiencing difficulty getting stock in of these. Initially we had some problems with using them to get the same effect as John Lockwood achieved but I then thought I'd cracked it only to find at our retailer training on Monday that John uses them differently. I now do a mixture of the two - dragging sponge across to pick up polish, as John showed us but also damping the sponge at the end and creating background effects that are of a lighter colour in order to clean the sponge and get wonderful backgrounds.
I hope you like the effects

I am doing them on the CS workshop on Tuesday - full day or half day options if anyone wants to come along and try them out.
